Q: If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. Once quality problem confirmed, we will provide a replacement service.
Q: Could you provide samples for test?
A: Yes, we will provide free samples (1x5M), but the shipping cost should be paid by our customers.
Q: How to make payment?
A: T/T, L/C, we also accept most other convenient methods of payment.
Q: Could you put the order rolls into pallet ?
A: Yes, we can pack the rolls in pallet which is strong and qualified for air & sea shipping.
Q: Does your material have print side out or in ?
A: Both print side out and in are available. Pls tell us your request in advance, otherwise we would generally pack with print side in.
Q: What are the advantages of textiles fabrics compared with PVC media ?
A: Textile fabric is made of polyester which is Non PVC. It is more environmentally friendly and can be recycled.
Q: Are your textile fabrics are treated with Flame Retardant ?
A: All the textile fabrics can be with Flame Retardant B1(DIN 4102-B1), NFPA 701.
Q: What certificate you have?
A: We have FR certificate of DIN 4102-B1 NFPA 701, and REACH certificate.
Q: How to cut your textile fabrics ? hot knife or cold knife ?
A: It depends on structure of textile. Pls refer to our data sheet.

A: Recommended storage temperature and humidity: 15°C [59°F] ~ 35°C [95°F], 20 ~ 65% RH
Q: What is the shelf life ?
A: 12 months after production, without opening the original package.
Q: Do you have MOQ requirement ?
A: Yes, 1000 linear meters (1094 linear yards) per size each item.
Q: Could you accept our trial order quantity under your MOQ ?
A: If the trial order could be combined into production with other orders from regular customers, it is fine to deliver your preferred quantity for trial order.
Q: Do you have possibilities on shortening leading time for urgent order?
A: We could open green channel to deliver the urgent order if this does not affect the leading time of other customers' orders.
Q: Do you have a service on sending the shipment sample for approvement once order finished production ?
A: Yes, the shipment sample is always available to send at request. But please send your request in advance when order confirmed so that our colleagues can prepare sample from your order bulk productions.
Q: Is there any chance you could send order to our other supplier's warehouse to load ?
A: We are providing different kinds of services on logistics, and for sure your order could be sent to your appointed location.
Q: Are you able to print out our label and put them on the packages ?
A: We accept customer’s labels and could be printed out well to be put on the package as per your detailed request.
Q: Should we pay the new sampling cost if we need ?
A: This depends on how much working required for sampling. We would keep you open on all details costs and would undertake them with you together if necessary.
Q: Do you always attend the different exhibitions around the world ?
A: Yes, we exhibit in different exhibitions in different countries and regions. Usually we exhibit APPPEXPO Shanghai, Sign China Shanghai, FESPA Europe. We would like to share our latest products in these exhibitions without global partners, and expect to meet you there.
Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: It depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. Send us your delivery address and zip code, we will check the freight cost for you.

Q: Do you have any policy for the defective goods?
A: Yes. Please report defective goods quantities within 2 months after receipt of the goods. If the defective is proved caused by us, we will send new ones to you in next shipment. Whenever you have questions of our products, please consult our sales. We will be always try our best to help you out.
Q: Do you have textile products with recycled yarn?
A: Yes, in order protect the world together with our partners, we also have textile products with recycled yarn. GRS certificate is also available.
Q: Can you print promotion samples of the products in our order with our logo?
A: Yes, you can send you design and we will print the products for you.
