Dye Sublimation Backlit Fabric has deep sharp black colors, without ink migration, delivering vibrant color density for directly and indirectly backlighted graphics. This fabric meets fire retardant German B1 and US NFPA 701.

What is sublimation printing？
Many people may be very strange to it, in fact, the thermal sublimation printer is mainly through the use of heat that will be transferred to the printing medium on the instrument. It can be adjusted by the semiconductor heating element of the different temperature to control the color proportion and shade degree. Sublimation printing has the characteristics of continuous color levels. The printed image is as fine and smooth as spray, especially suitable for delicate image like skin texture requirements such as portrait, but also has the characteristics of long-term preservation and non-fading.
Due to the thermal sublimation printer through the heating time and temperature control, each print color point can present 256 color level concentration change. The ink jet printer is based on ink dots to simulate color changes, can not control the concentration change of each color point, so it needs 256 ink jet dots to be able to show 256 order color.
