About Direct to fabric Dye Sublimation Printing
How it is operated? The image is printed directly on the treated polyester fabric, and then heated by a thermal fixing device to fix the color on the fabric. This method does not require transfer papers. This means that the paper will not crease, reducing the common defects in roll-to-roll transfers such as ghosting and various ripples or tiger stripes. This type requires an ink pit to collect excess ink and prevent it from staining the reverse side of the fabric.

How it is worked? No transfer paper is used, and it is printed directly on the pretreated polyester fabric. After direct printing, the polyester is heated for color production and fixation. Direct sublimation printing is a paperless and environmentally friendly transfer method that can provide clearer images and higher-level printing effects than transfer printing.
