How Dye-sublimation ink is printed onto fabric?

Firstly dye-sublimation inks is printed on transfer paper and then heated to around 425 degrees. Under high temperature via pressure, the ink forms a bond between the fiber and dyes. The dye-sublimation ink is called disperse dyes, which is designed to work with 100% polyester fabric.
