What Material Is Used For Making Flags

Flag production materials are usually Chunya textile and warp knitted fabric.

Chunya Textile, also known as polyester cloth or flag cloth, flag cloth, is mainly used to produce national flags, corporate flags and advertising banners of various countries. It is currently the most commonly used flag production materials.

1) Advantages: Thermal sublimation ink, no irritating odor, good double permeability, high ink permeability, both positive and negative sides can be printed, and the printing effect is the same, the maximum size available is 3.2m wide.

2) Disadvantage: Due to the influence of stereotyping temperature, the picture will shrink by 1-3% when heated by thermal sublimation.

3) The application scope of Chunya Textile mainly includes: enterprise flag, advertising flag, national flag and so on.

Warp knitted fabric is different from Chunya spinning. Warp knitted double-weighted knitted fabric or windproof cloth is a material specially used to make advertising banner. This material has good ventilation performance, and warp knitted cloth is often used to make advertising banner or enterprise banner in windy areas. Warp knitted cloth is mainly used in the printing of water injection flag and knife flag. This kind of cloth can neither draw silk nor take off line. It is the first choice for making advertisement banner which needs to be hung outdoors for a long time.
