How to make sure base fabric is qualifed?

Following our last topic of "how base fabric quality is controlled?", today we would like to share knowledge of how to make sure base fabrc is qualifed for next step of digital printing textile production. 

After base fabric is finished and rolled in jumbo roll, it will be moved to rewinding/checking machine, to double check if there any spots, oil dots, weaving defects......All these will be recorded to have a complete quality report. Only qualifed base fabrics are allowed to move to next step. 

This is a very important step of quality control in base fabric.
