How to make sure base fabric is free from oil, dust before coating?
Textile-Flex always pays attention to consistant quality production.
After base fabric is finished, there are oils, dust, chemicals, coatings, stains which will affect coating production and reduce coating quality. Therefore, it is nececessary to wash the base fabric.
To totally make base fabric clear, it is necessary to wash base fabric at least 7-9 times on washing machine. After this production procedure, base fabric is ready for coating.
