How To Install Advertising Inkjet Cloth?
Common inkjet cloth installation methods
1. Wall inkjet installation
Wall printing is the most common. For small-scale printing, we can directly use cement nails to nail on the wall along the periphery of the printing advertisement, or paste it with glue, which is simple and convenient. It is more suitable for installing inkjet cloth on the cement wall.
2. Truss inkjet installation
Truss printing is also relatively common, usually used for activities. For this type of printing installation, first, the printing cloth will bleed 5cm~15cm around, which is convenient for double-layer stacking and buckling. We can use thin wires or cable ties to fix it when installing truss printing. If it is a small truss, it can be fixed directly with glue. (Requires inkjet cloth buckle)
3. Installation of inkjet printing on the door and storefront
According to the condition of the wall to be installed, weld the iron frame on the wall, and then fix the inkjet cloth on the iron frame with glue; of course, it can also be replaced with a wooden frame, but the weather resistance of the wooden frame is not as good as the iron frame.
4. Large-scale inkjet installation
For the installation of large-scale inkjet cloth, you can nail a wooden strip up and down horizontally, and put ring nails or other fixtures on the upward section of the wooden strip, punch the upper and lower holes of the inkjet cloth and tie them tightly to the ring nails with cable ties.
It should be noted that the distance between the upper and lower wooden strips is good during installation, because the inkjet cloth surface will bear a lot of tension after being tightened, and the inkjet cloth with poor tensile resistance may be torn. (It needs to be spliced in the screen advertisement production factory and then shipped to the site for installation)
5. High-altitude exterior wall inkjet installation
Since the spray painting is higher than the ground, high-altitude workers are required to use cables to drop from a high place, or use an aerial work vehicle to lift people to a corresponding height from the ground for installation.
Sometimes it is necessary to install a large spray-painted advertising cloth on a large wall, but often there is no advertising iron frame on the wall. There are several methods for high-altitude installation.
1. Cement nails:
Directly nail the inkjet advertising cloth to the wall with cement nails, and nail it to the wall along the periphery of the inkjet advertisement.
2. Make an advertising iron frame on the wall first:
Weld and install iron frames on the wall according to the actual situation of the site. This method is suitable for long-term advertising, and the spray-painted advertising cloth can be replaced frequently. The cost of investment is higher. It can be said that a one-time investment can obtain long-term benefits.
3. Nail the wooden frame on the wall:
Use an electric hammer to drill holes into the wood first on the wall, and then nail the wooden strips. The last thing is to nail the spray-painted advertising cloth to the wood, starting from the upper side.
